Club officials dedicate countless hours to organising these trials. This includes speaking to landowners, applying for permits and adding entry forms to the ACU/Sport80 platform. They also contact people to observe the trial. Afterwards, the club must mark out the trial, close it and ensure no rubbish remains. Finally, they need to complete the results.
